Manufactured Home Mortgage is a retail mortgage broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, the California Department of Corporations and the California Department of Insurance. We specialize exclusively in providing manufactured and mobile home loans and insurance products throughout the state of California.

The Company's History
In December 2000, Dave Crockett, with nearly 30 years consumer lending experience, initiated steps to create Manufactured Home Mortgage. Lou Schmidt was added to the staff as the finance and Insurance Manager in July, 2001. Lou brought to MHM a 25-year lending and insurance background. Manufactured Home Mortgage incorporated in California on April 16, 2002 with the exclusive focus on providing manufactured and mobile home loans and insurance products for California. Ben Johnson, with 30-years in California consumer lending became the company's Business Development Manager in January, 2006.

Taking advantage of management's extensive experience, Manufactured Home Mortgage was able to establish a wide range of manufactured and mobile home loan and insurance products. Focusing exclusively on the manufactured housing industry, MHM has become California's manufactured/mobile home loan specialist.
